We all have cancer cells. Something triggers them, and the cancer develops. I'm not a doctor, not did I even play one on TV, but after my father (a heavy smoker) quit, coffee didn't taste that good, so he quit that, too (He'd drunk about a gallon a day.) Within a year or so, he had cancer, and that's what killed him. I'm sure the sudden change in his chemistry caused the cancer.
