Suggestion #3: Do your best to avoid redundant writing. I often fall into that trap, where I’ve already beautifully expressed my point in a single two or three-sentence paragraph, but I insist on writing another couple of paragraphs that more or less say the same thing, albeit from a slightly different angle.
