They seem to think it's my duty to show my support for my grandson, but in truth, I don't think he even cares if I'm there or not. He's involved with his friends, and I barely get a "hi" when his mother points out I'm there. But I think they keep a list of the times I've let "him" down. I have to prove my worthiness as a grandmother, no matter the cost to me. I have to take care of myself.
