Thanks to my mother's older brother, we have the history of my mother's father all the way back to when John Morrison, Sr and his son came over to the Colonies before the Revolution. We have pictures of my grandfather's grandparents. We preserve everything and have a family reunion every summer. We have to vote in new members, even if they were born to one of us. I'm proud our children will carry on the history. It is important to know where we come from.
