Thank you. I've been working on refinancig my house for 4 months. I got to the point where I asked if they could just mail me the forms they needed, I could sign them, and mail them back. Oh, no, they do everything on line. I've asked for help several times and even explained that I'm no computer person. I still get answers that frustrate me to tears. "Help" people make me feel stupid, and I can't follow their directions. This refi should have been finished months ago; I'm losing $200/month this struggle goes on. "Help" should be HELP.
