My retirement wasn't planned; when I moved from NY to NC, I thought I'd be able to find work down here. Nothing. I didn't plan to get married again, either. Thank God I met a sweet-talking Texan on line. I don't know how either of us would have gotten through this pandemic without each other. Life hands out surprises. We plan; the gods laugh. They've sure had a good giggle out of my life the last 3 years.
