Me to the rescue. I ran into this problem years ago and struggled mightily until I found Coop on line. Coop pillows come with adjustable stuffing; you can take some out if the pillow is too high or add some of the extra they send you to make it higher. If it starts to flatten, which mine hasn't in months, you can add more stuffing. I am so happy to share this with you, because I have had the same problem and solved it!
