Another “Things I Don’t Understand” installment

We have “flea collars” on the shopping list, but how are we going to put them on the fleas? How many do we need?

Why would I go to a flea market? Just so I can use the flea collars? How about leashes?

I don’t need to go to garage or yard sales. I already have both.
