I had a neighbor years ago who was "saved," so after he killed his mother by making it look like an accidental slip in the shower (he'd practiced, and she told me about it), he came to me and said he was afraid he'd never see her in the afterlife, because she wasn't "saved." I think he won't either but not for the reason he thinks. Sickening.
