I do understand feminists' anger; we've been trying to get equal treatment for centuries. But "there are lesbians" is a stupid statement; "there are vibrators" would have been better. The whole idea that women and blacks and gays all have to fight for "equal" rights with white men shows where the problem lies. We should all have human rights. Period.
