I cope with the cold and snow by finally moving to North Carolina after living in upstate NY for 66 years of my life. You're right; it was beautiful, and the icy branches looked like diamonds. But I've been down here for nearly 4 years now, and my feet have finally thawed. If I never see another snowflake, I will be happy. I am pleased for all the people who love the cold and snow. I just had too much of it for one life time.
