Beautifully expressed. My parents, my brother and I, my children all went to college. When my grandson decided to go into an apprentice program to learn a trade and get paid to learn, I was thrilled. It took a few minutes to get used to the idea he wouldn't go to college, but his way was better for him and would be for a lot of other kids, too, if their parents would let them.
